We understand that seeing errors in Google Console can be concerning, but we're here to put your mind at ease. While it's true that some errors should be addressed, others are perfectly normal and can be safely ignored.
When Google sends you a message saying "Page indexing issues detected", it means that they were unable to add certain web pages from your website to their search index.
This can happen for various reasons, such as the page being new or recently updated, low-quality or thin content, technical issues with your website, 404 errors, redirect issues, or because Google has determined that the page does not meet their quality guidelines.
Many real estate websites will have similar property detail pages because they all use the same listing data. This means that the content on these pages is nearly identical across different sites and will be considered low-quality/thin content. Real estate sites will always have 404 notices since Property Detail pages will be removed when a property is sold. If the page no longer exists, it is appropriate for your site to have a 404 code returned so Google knows it no longer exists. This is perfectly normal and preferred.
Ultimately, analyzing Google Console is something you should have an SEO expert assist you with. In many cases, these "errors" are simply warnings you may be able to ignore. Almost all real estate websites produce some of these warnings and are not usually impacted by them. An SEO expert can help you determine whether or not there is a problem and how to remedy that problem. Once they have identified any issues that need to be addressed, we can work with them to correct them if necessary.
